Shipping & Compliance Policy

Please review our shipping and compliance policies before placing your order.

Third-Party Lab Tested

All New Harvest THCA flower, prerolls, and hemp flower products are third-party lab-tested. Each shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming Delta-9 THC ≤ 0.3% by dry weight.

Age Verification Required

Customers must be 21 years or older to purchase. Age verification is required at checkout; a signature and valid ID may be required at delivery.

Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Shipping is handled through USPS or UPS depending on destination and carrier eligibility.
  • Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

Discreet Packaging

All New Harvest orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded, odor-proof, tamper-sealed packaging with no external references to "cannabis," "THC," or "hemp."

Shipping Restrictions

  • New Harvest ships only to U.S. states where hemp-derived THCA flower is legal.
  • Orders to states or cities with restrictions may be cancelled or refunded.
  • No international shipping is available at this time.

Compliance Documentation

Each order includes COA documentation, batch lab results, and compliance paperwork to demonstrate legality under federal and applicable state hemp laws.

Customer Acknowledgment

Customers acknowledge that heating or smoking may convert THCA into Delta-9 THC. New Harvest sells raw hemp flower only and is not responsible for how the product is used after delivery.

Important: Once a package leaves our facility, New Harvest is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or confiscated packages. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Product damaged or defective on arrival
  • Lost packages verified through the carrier

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened, used, or unsealed flower or prerolls
  • Dissatisfaction with strain, smell, potency, or effects
  • Orders delayed or seized due to local/state regulations
  • Packages shipped to an incorrect customer-provided address
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (final sale)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

For damaged or incorrect items, contact New Harvest Support within 72 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of product + packaging
  • Description of issue

Return Shipping

  • If New Harvest is at fault, we cover return shipping.
  • For voluntary returns of unopened items, the customer covers return shipping.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
